Day Job: Founding Partner + Creative Director at Liquified Agency

Shawn Noratel is the President and Creative Director at Liquified Agency, a full-service creative advertising agency and strategic communications firm with offices in Annapolis, Maryland, and Sarasota, Florida. His experience includes previous positions working with local and national non-profits, national political and advocacy consultants, and other advertising agencies throughout his career. Throughout the years, Shawn has developed award-winning omnichannel campaigns, designed and developed end-to-end digital solutions, and curated brands for both national and international clients.

Shawn currently manages both creative and digital efforts for Liquified's wide range of clients. Shawn is a graduate of Maryland Institute, College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design under the design direction of Ellen Lupton and Abbott Miller, along with a minor in Art History. He has also served on several leadership and education advisory boards.

Selina Bostic

Immediate Past President

Day Job: Graphic Designer at Feld Entertainment, Founder of Studio 97 Graphics

Selina Bostic is a graphic designer based in Sarasota, Florida. She studied at Ringling College of Art & Design and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design in 2020. During her time at Ringling College, Selina won two Gold Student ADDY Award for her collaboration on the MiSuits project, specifically on the social media team. She has also collaborated to rebrand Shelf Indulgence, a used bookstore/coffee shop located in Sarasota, Florida.

Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Selina came down to the Suncoast area to expand her career opportunities, to study at one of the most recognized art and design schools in the nation and to escape the brutal Michigan winters. She now calls Sarasota home with her cat Boo.

Currently, Selina is working as a graphic designer at Feld Entertainment. Feld Entertainment is the worldwide leader in producing and presenting live touring family entertainment experiences that bring people together and uplift the human spirit. Properties include Ringling Bros, and Barnum and Bailey Circus, Monster Jam, Monster Energy Supercross, Super Motocross, Disney On Ice. Selina is also the founder of Studio 97 Graphics, a freelance design company based in Sarasota, Florida.

In her free time, Selina is most likely in the Orlando area visiting the Disney World parks, watching motorsports, and collaborating on different design projects with her friends.

Jacquelyn Daum

Education Chair

Day Job: President & Head of Production of Test Flight Studios

Jacquelyn Daum is a 2019 Ringling Graduate with a BFA in Computer Animation and a Minor in the Business of Art & Design.

Upon graduation, Jacquelyn accepted a position at leftchannel and produced award-winning content for Fortune 50 companies, and has had the opportunity to collaborate with noteworthy clients such as Nationwide, EA Sports, and ThoughtSpot to name a few. She became a x2-Time Telly Award Winner and a x2-Time Davey Award Winner, alongside her leftchannel team members.

In 2022, Jacquelyn realized her long-term vision of creating her own studio, Test Flight Studios based in Sarasota, Florida. The organization’s focus is in Videography and Social Media Management. She was named as a finalist for the 2023 Herald-Tribune Readers’ Choice Award for “Best Videographer.” She won Silver for the 2023 Best of SRQ Local’s voter based competition for “Best Videographer.”

In her off-time, Jacquelyn pursues her aviation hobbies with the rest of the pilots in her family. When she is not flying or working, she can be found down at Arcade Monsters defending her title as a self-proclaimed “Pinball Wizard.”

Caitlin Wiggins

Day Job: Director of Marketing at Liquified Agency

Caitlin Wiggins is currently the Director of Marketing at Liquified Agency, a full-service creative advertising agency and strategic communications firm with offices in Annapolis, Maryland and Sarasota, Florida. Her experience includes previous positions working with national media organizations, non-profits, and other advertising agencies and consulting firms. Throughout her professional career, Caitlin has developed award-winning omnichannel campaigns for clients ranging from regional nonprofits to fortune 500 companies.

She currently manages both marketing and public relations efforts for Liquified's wide range of clients. Caitlin is a graduate of The Catholic University of America where she earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and a Master of Science in Business Analysis. She also currently serves as a board member for PRSA's Chesapeake Chapter.

William Khabbaz

Programs and Events Chair

Day Job: Marketing + Communications Specialist at Liquified Agency

William Khabbaz is the Marketing & Communications Assistant at Liquified Agency, a strategic branding and marketing firm in Annapolis, Maryland and Sarasota, FL.

He supports the coordination and execution of integrated marketing and communications projects. In his role, he conducts research, assists with new business outreach, and manages day-to-day administrative support, playing a key part in driving brand awareness and supporting overall business growth through a wide range of initiatives.

Raised in Sarasota, Florida, William earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University, with a minor in Art History. During his academic career, he gained hands-on experience through brand management and marketing roles, including serving as a Student Brand Manager for Nutrl and Wasserman Marketing, as well as interning with a Community and Content (COCO) Marketing Agency.

Prior to joining Liquified, he worked in-house providing marketing support for Tommy’s Express Holdings, where he developed a strong understanding of brand execution within a large franchised organization. With nearly three years of full-time experience in the field, William brings a dedicated, hardworking, and creative approach to his work.
